Fewer Students Joining Austin Gangs
Some of you are researching the effects of gangs on youth. Here is an article from KXAN about the gang situation in Austin. It sounds like it is getting better and less students are joining gangs!

This blog is a fantastic example of how we don't want people joining gangs. I for example believe that people joining is wrong because some people get shot and initiation might be something that can scar you for life. Also some gangs don't let you leave without a scar like cutting your eye out. That is all I have to say ( this information is all true it happened to my uncle[deceased])
